The property itself is set in quiet surroundings, a short walk along the River Frome to Wareham, a thriving market town. For wildlife enthusiasts, walkers and cyclist you are just a short distance from RSPB's Arne Nature Reserve where BBC's Autumn Watch was filmed and is famous for sika deer and bird watching. Other attractions in the area include Studlands sandy beach, Swanage Steam Railway, Bovington Tank Museum and Monkey World.
