Magnolia View consists of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee maker, a dining room with dining table and AGA, and a sitting room with Smart TV, DVD player, books, games, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, king-size with DVD player and TV screen, a double and a twin. There is a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravel, furniture, and barbecue, and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Return year after year to Magnolia View. Note: There are steps throughout property, with a step between each room, so it may not be suitable for people with mobility challenges - please take care. Note: The ceilings are full height though there and some low doorways - please take care. Note: A step up into property and step up out to garden. Note: No parties, events, stag and hen groups.
