Property information

Our cosy and stylish 2 bedroom apartment is located at the heart of Birmingham City Centre, just a 30-second walk to the Mailbox shopping centre. Guests can enjoy complimentary high speed WiFi, flat screen smart TV's in the living room and main bedroom, 2 private bathrooms with showers and a bath in the ensuite, access to our fully functional kitchen including, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washer and dryer and a private ground floor balcony terrace area. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For all bookings only, a deposit will be required. Better Covenant Properties reserves the right to cancel any booking where a deposit has not been made prior to check in, or as is reasonably acceptable when making a booking. In any such case, a full refund will be issued.
