Manor Cottage is an idyllic single-storey, stone cottage set in the village of Akeld near Wooler, Northumberland. Home to one king-size bedroom (zip/link can be twin on request) that is served by a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. Bed linen and towels included in rent. The interior is then complete with a kitchen and a living/dining room. Outside there is ample off-road parking available for guests. Manor Cottage is a truly wonderful base from which to discover the spectacular Northumberland countryside. Note: This property does not accept Sunday check ins. Note: Bookings at this property must be a minimum of 2 nights. PLEASE NOTE: The on-site pool and sauna facilities are currently undergoing refurbishment and are scheduled to re-open in February 2026, until then, these amenities will not be available - The photo shown reflects the previous setup and is provided for illustrative purposes only. In the meantime, guests can enjoy the recently opened on-site pub, The Cheviot Goat, which offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
