The compact kitchen is simple but well-equipped with everything you need to prepare easy meals, and the separate dining room provides a lovely space to gather, dine, or plan your next day’s adventures. Whether you're here to explore Margate’s buzzing art scene, browse vintage shops, visit Dreamland, or simply enjoy the coastline, this centrally located home puts it all within easy reach. In the winter the local beaches allow dogs, during summer season they are banned on the main beach but other nearby beaches have less restrictions. All fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use

Located on a quiet residential road, it is a one way road so not much passing traffic. You can usually get a parking space on the road. We are few minutes walk from Shell Grotto, the famous Scott's Reclamation Store and Northdown Road with convenience stores, coffee shops, cafes and antiques/refurb furniture is only a 2-3 minute walk. There is an Aldi 2 minutes walk from the property. You can reach the beach within 5-10 minutes walk, a minute from the Ubur cool Cliftonville centre (Northdown Rd) and Margate Old Town takes about 5 minutes stroll. If you love wild swimming the famous Walpole Bay Tidal Pool is around a 20 minute walk (see photos for inspiration). Margate is buzzing, we have so much happening in our town. From concerts at Dreamland, The Turner Gallery, The Old Town, fabulous restaurants, bars, music venues and cafes popping up all over the place. The art scene is really strong, inspired by Tracey Eminen, you can spend hours looking around the many art shops and galleries located around Margate. Cliftonville is officially the coolest neighbourhood to live (TimeOut) and you reach this area within about a 10 minutes stroll. Here you'll find Uber cool cafes, a treasure trove of reclamation shops, furniture shops and Aldi! If you need to pop out for supplies, Northdown Rd - there you'll find shops/chemists/bakers/butchers etc. Oh and the beach, Margate Main Sands. as well as many other beaches dotted along the coastline. Look up Louisa Bay, much quieter in peak season and just as beautiful.
