Marina Princes Reach is a unique apartment offering views across the historic Albert Edward Docks
Right up to the late 1970's this was a working port. Following a decline in industry the whole area was regenerated to provide both residential and commercial properties as well as a Marina for those with sea legs
The Marina is surrounded by residential properties and there is also a large supermarket on the North side.
There are also two pubs serving fine food and drink at either end of the Marina.
In addition there is a 10 screen cinema and also a choice of restaurants and fast food options as well.
if you relying on public transport the location is served well by the 88A & 88C bus route which travels to many areas of Preston
Neighbourhood information
Since being regenerated the area has slowly green into one of the more popular residential areas of Preston. There are a choice of shops nearby.
If you are into cycling or walking the Preston Guild Wheel is on your doorstep.
The Preston Guild Wheel is a 21 mile "Greenway" that encircles the city of Preston, linking the city to the countryside. It is both a walking and cycling route.
