Enjoy the best of both worlds, in this contemporary apartment looking over the Tay estuary. Just a short stroll to the city centre and close to all main attractions of Dundee. Set in a quiet Cul de sac of modern builds you can kick back and relax in blissfully peaceful surroundings and enjoy the beautiful views from the living room window. Setting off into Dundee couldn't be easier with the walkway on your doorstep taking you direct to the V & A, Slessor gardens and the Caird hall for events. There are many restaurants and bars near by too, our recommendations are in the guest welcome book.

This is our second holiday home, we have another one Glencoe in the highlands but this one is our newest venture! We have both lived in Dundee for over 20 years and love the city and what it has to offer. We also regularly travel to Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews and Dundee is a great central point for accessing all of these places. We have four "children" all now young adults and at times help us with our business to allow us a holiday! We enjoy walking with our two dogs, going out for meals and the odd music concert. Grant loves his golf and can offer lots of tips on where to play, there are many courses to choose from. We love what we do and have taken the time to provide what we think is a great city apartment. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Situated along from the fantastic V & A, this is a quiet area but a short 10 minute walk will see you in the city centre. Dundee and Abertay university, as well as the local attractions such as the Discovery centre, Slessor Garden for gigs and events, Caird hall, the REP theatre and all bars and restaurants are easily reachable by foot from the apartment. The nearest airport is Dundee, with Edinburgh (190 k) and Glasgow (132 k) airports being easily reachable by public transport. There is a lovely hotel near the apartment - Apex hotel - which offers a pool, SPA and gym for public use.
