Marine Parade House is one of the most stunning properties in Dover. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Port of Dover and 2 minutes from Dover beach and promenade. It is close to many of Dover's historic tourist attractions including Dover Castle, the White Cliffs of Dover and the town's famous war infrastructure. St James's Retail Park is a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy good coffee, shopping, restaurants and a cinema. The town center is a further 2-minute walk.

St James Retail Park is only a 10-minute walk away, where you will find a Cineworld cinema, Costa coffee, Next, Mark & Spencers, Poundland, Greggs, Burger King, Nando’s and much more to suite your needs! There are parking spaces and bus stop nearby. The Port of Dover is just few mins away. Fancy a day trip in France? Why not? The Beach, High street, shops, restaurants, coffee shop, local pubs and much more: Walking distance to almost everywhere to access almost everything you need!
