A superb, stylish and spacious apartment with a light and airy feel.
Well styled and comfortable, Marshlands is a stones throw from the fabulous Redcar beach and only 5 minutes from TeesWorks.
This property is ideal for those travelling for work and leisure.

Marshlands is about 200m from the beach and 5 minutes away from Teesworks. It is located in the Coatham area of Redcar which was mentioned in the Doomsday Book as a tourist area due to its 'healing waters'.
The ancient property opposite Marshlands was actually a smugglers warehouse in the Doomsday Book.
