The living areas in this three-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, woodburning stove, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a twin (zip/link) and a second-floor bunk room, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is parking in a nearby car park. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop, pub and the harbour in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 1.5 miles. Mermaid Cottage makes a wonderful base for a Cornish escape. Note: Communal access to the rear of the home. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: This property does not have private parking; please be aware prior to booking. Note: The bunk beds are only suitable for children 12 years and under. The cottage can only accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, as the bunk beds are for under 12’s only.

Mousehole is a charming fishing community that spills down to the coast from a hillside. Visitors travel from miles away to see the charming harbour, which is encircled by a tangle of winding, tiny alleys, while Mounts Bay's St. Michael's Mount is seen in the distance. Seabirds, seals, and untamed headlands lead just around the corner to Land's End, and the area features a fantastic coastline and miles of magnificent trekking. A few miles up the coast is the Minack cliff-top theatre, and dolmens and standing stones, remnants of the area's prehistoric past, are visible everywhere. It's only 12 miles to St. Ives, which is known for its breath-taking beaches, charming port, and winding streets.
