Sitting/dining room. Attractive dual aspect room comfortably furnished with ornamental fireplace, 2 settees, book shelves, TV/DVD, extendable dining table with seating for 6. Carpeted stairs with handrails down to kitchen. Low headroom at lower end of stairs. Lower Ground Floor Kitchen. Spacious room with kitchen table and seating for 4. Ample work surfaces and storage units, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Separate sink by door to small, shared rear courtyard with space for surfing gear. Bathroom. Bath with power shower over, WC, sink and heated towel rail. First Floor Bedroom 1. Please note that standard stair gates are not suitable for these staircases, stairs are also very steep and may not be suitable for some.
