Orion Holidays was founded 25 years ago by the owner, Mark Thomas. It is an independent, family-run, holiday cottage lettings business based centrally within the Cotswold Lakes region close to Cirencester. Mark and his friendly team's expert knowledge of the area, plus his close and long-standing relationship with many of the other local businesses, activity providers and suppliers, has played a key role in the growth and success of the business. Today with over 60 holiday homes under management and 25 years of supporting, our locally based team are passionate about sharing their love for this area of outstanding natural beauty and helping our guests have a wonderful holiday in the area.

The traditional style cottages at Mill Village are set within 550 acres of a private nature reserve and nestled around the lakes, small rivers and streams of the lovely Lower Mill Estate. This is a wonderful natural setting and adventure playground where guests can enjoy a wide range of on-site activities then sit back and relax in beautiful surroundings whilst being fully immersed in nature and wildlife.. There are a wide range of on-site activities from kayaking and paddle boarding to exploring the many lakes, rivers, woodland and nature trails on foot or by bike. Go fishing, play tennis, swim in the heated outdoor pool, watch the children have fun in the play area and then chill out on your decking or visit the Ballihoo Restaurant & Clubhouse.
