A stunning tiny house with Lazy Spa hot tub in County Durham. The property consists of double bed, flat screen tv, kitchen with oven and hob, fridge and small dining area. There is also a shower room with w/c. Externally, there is a small seating area and Lazy Spa hot tub for guests to use whilst they stay here. Parking is available on site free of charge.

Ideal location for transport links to the A1 and A167. Situated next to many eateries which will make the kids and adults happy, including KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, McDonald’s, Subway and Greggs. There’s a Costa coffee and Starbucks for all you coffee lovers and there is also a gym if your feeling energetic. The cottage is close to the local attractions of Durham including the Botanical Gardens, Durham Cathedral and Castle. Why not try out the rowing boats on the river and then enjoy a cold drink in the bars close by. Lane 7 the bowling alley and the Odeon Luxe Cinema along with lots of bars and restaurants are all in Durham and are very popular with our guests. In the nearest town of Spennymoor just a mile or so away you will find four supermarkets and also a leisure centre with swimming pool alongside pubs and restaurants. If you are looking for a totally relaxing staycation and want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre, then the Pub and Kitchen in Cassop and in Brandon are great value for money and they are only a short distance away.
