Minster Cottage is nested in the heart of the historic old town of King's Lynn within short walk to the High Street for shopping, theatres, galleries, restaurants, bars and the picturesque River Great Ouse front.
The bus station is 5 minutes walk with routes around the town and a “Coast Hopper” taking you along beautiful coastal villages and Norwich. The train station is 6 minutes walk with direct links to London Kings Cross. Inexpensive car park is conveniently right opposite the cottage.
King's Lynn has an historical port and internationally renowned medieval trade centre on the River Great Ouse. The walk from Nelson Street to St Nicholas' Chapel has been described as one of the finest in Europe.
Many television and film crews have used this part of King's Lynn for a backdrop to such television productions as Martin Chuzzlewit, etc.
