You will be located in Coxhoe, a small village just 12 minutes away from Durham town centre by car. Excellent joice for contract workers as the apartment comes with free on street parking. The apartment is fully renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom. Bed configuration - single bed + double bed in one bedroom and a double bed in second bedroom. Full bathroom with shower upstairs and extra toilet downstairs. Fast WIFI, Smart TV, Free Toiletries & Bed Linen and fully equipped kitchen.
