This Scandinavian style, self contained boutique apartment (with own entrance) is located in Crowborough Warren, an area of outstanding natural beauty and within walking distance of the Ashdown Forest. It is newly refurbished with fully fitted kitchen and has a private garden area with a beautiful view of the Ashdown forest. It is located a 15 minutes drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, and approx 45 minutes from Eastbourne and Brighton. Should you wish to visit London, it is only one hour by train. Bus stop and shopping approx 1 mile away. Please note: It is advisable to arrive by car due to the location. Should you need a taxi please make sure that you prebook it. Plenty of space to park 1 or 2 cars, in the private drive/off street. The toilet is fitted with a macerator. 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge.
Lovely safe and peaceful neighbourhood situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Private off-street parking. Train station in Crowborough, Eridge Station and Tunbridge Wells with good links into London.
