Ideal base to explore the city. Comfortable and relaxing place to retreat to after a day out and about. Centrally located, but very quiet. Private entrance. 🅿️Garage car parking available (small and medium-sized vehicles only). *No parties* We hope you will have a wonderfully memorable time! THE SPACE Perfect for families looking for a quiet place and safe neighbourhood, the apartment provides accommodation for up to 5 guests maximum. The property has two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with powerful walk-in shower and a stunning open-plan living/dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave. ALL THE BEDDING & TOWELS PROVIDED All bed linen and towels laundered by a professional laundry. 🚿The bathroom has been fully upgraded! (February 2024). The apartment benefits from excellent location (Edinburgh's main visitor attractions are on your doorstep!) and on-site parking suitable for small/medium-sized vehicles - garage parking - 1 space. **Not suitable for events or parties** Check-in time starts at 4pm. If you are arriving earlier than this, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh. You can conveniently store your luggage at both Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station. ❗🅿️IMPORTANT: Please note that the parking spaces in the garage are suitable only for small and medium-sized vehicles. The entrance to the garage is quite narrow and the parking spaces are quite tight as well. Travel cot & high chair may be provided on request. Extra charges: Travel cot: GBP35.00 per stay, Travel cot & high chair: GBP50 per stay.
