Newly refurbished home in Skipton, perfect for exploring Skipton with the town centre just 10 minutes walk away. Skipton is a historic market town with plenty to offer for the whole family, from buzzing pubs to medieval castles. Natural beauty is abundant with the Yorkshire Dales, Bronte Country, Lake District and the surrounding moorland on your doorstep. The house is fully equipped with all you might need for a stay in Yorkshire, with plenty of parking available in front of the house. Please note the property has 1.5 bathrooms.
Hello, I have been living in Skipton for 15 years. The area is beautiful. I have recently refurbished two new houses in Skipton to allow others to enjoy Skipton and the surrounding area. I live locally and can assist in any way necessary.
Close to Skipton Town Centre which has plenty to offer, this property has direct access to the lovely Leeds-Liverpool Canal just a minutes walk away. From here you can visit Skipton Castle and woods are a must-see, along with the bustling market and the Town Hall museum for more about the history of the local area. There are countless excellent cafes and pubs in Skipton where you can soak up the atmosphere of the town. Local attractions are also plentiful for children, such as Hesketh Farm Park just a short drive away. This area of the country is famous for its nature which can be seen throughout Skipton and just a short drive away in the Yorkshire Dales. Unique geographical features can be found at Malham Cove, amazing views at the top of local moorland, and engineering marvels at the Fewston/Swinsty/Grimswith reservoirs. Those feeling adventurous can also tackle the Yorkshire Three Peaks (Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Inglebrough) just one hour away via the beautiful Settle-Carlisle train or car.
