Fabulous newly refurbished modern mews house within a minutes walk of the main shops and restaurants of central Brighton and about five minutes walk from the sea front in a quiet Mews setting. The owners have installed a new kitchen and bathrooms with appliances including microwave and dishwasher and breakfast bar. They have fitted new carpet and flooring and stylish contemporary furnishings. The property has a private patio area with a small garden. Included is private parking at the rear. 3 bedrooms, 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds. 1 small single for child or small adult, 1 foldaway bed (to be requested) ** **New carpets fitted throughout - Dec 23 ** Please be advised that the brand new carpets are to be fitted on the 4th and 5th of December 2023.

Brighton is a seaside resort and one of the two main areas of the City of Brighton and Hove. Located on the southern coast of England, in the county of East Sussex, it is 47 miles (76 km) south of London. The house is in a quiet street, but within seconds of the main shops and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the beach. The city provides excellent entertainment all year round with an ever-busy summer scene and a picturesque winter Near major bus routes, 10 minutes from mainline station. Has own private car parking space. If you enjoy an nice cup of fresh coffee each day using the brand new Nespresso Coffee Machine, please make sure you remember to bring along some coffee capsules. You may order these directly from the Nespresso website. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco awaits you in the fridge which is one us, so enjoy and cheers.
