Witney is a bustling market town located just 12 miles from Oxford city centre and is therefore the perfect base to explore the stunning Cotswolds and the plethora of all-year-round attractions on offer here. No 22 overlooks The Leys (a beautiful park in Witney) and is a very short stroll into the town centre. Perfectly located. 'Must sees' include The Wychwood Brewery, Witney Blanket Hall, Cogges Manor Farm, The Oxford Bus Museum, Devil's Quoits, Minster Lovell Hall and Ducklington Lake. Blenheim Palace is just 8 miles away offering a palace tour, maze, adventure playground, three restaurants, butterfly house and some amazing events including The Flower Show, Salon Prive, Nocturne and of course the Christmas Lights Trail. Crocodiles of the World is just six miles away and Cotswold Wildlife Park and Cotswold Park Farm are both just nine miles away. As well as two dedicated parking spaces in a private car park behind the house, there's plenty of parking in Buttercross Lane. Buses go to Oxford from the Market Place every 20 minutes and Oxford Train Station and Oxford Parkway Train station are both ten miles away.
