friendly and out going We do B&B part of the year but also offer the whole house as self catering sleep 25 plus easy

The house dates back to 1262, we have seven letting rooms and the house has a total of 10 bedroom. we either do rooms on a B&B basis or let the whole house which will sleep up to 25 people. We are graded with 5 stars and have won many awards.

Great beaches, lots of golf, Sandwich and Canterbury city. yes we have a great bus service
