It is a short walk to the hospitality & leisure facilities - cafe, pub, restaurant, amusements, swimming pool, gym, tennis, archery etc… The cottage has gas central heating. Spacious open plan living downstairs comprising of kitchen, dining area, living room area. There is a WC downstairs in the hallway. Upstairs comprises of a king size bed in the first bedroom. The second bedroom comprises of 2 twin single beds - 1 is a trundle that can be a double. A travel cot is available upon request. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer & dryer, electric hob, oven, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment and all other essentials. I bought the cottage at The Bay after falling in love with the holiday village. As a family we have always spent day trips and weekends at the East Coast and Filey was the perfect location to buy a holiday home.

The Bay, Filey is a fantastic holiday village for all the family. It has all the facilities to provide a perfect stay. There is a family friendly pub and restaurant, cafe / bistro, pharmacy, shop, amusements, swimming pool, gym, tennis, archery etc Around the bay there are lakes and ponds. There is a staffed information centre at the entrance if you have any queries. The Bay is on the sea front therefore provides access to the beautiful, long stretched sandy beach. When the tide is out you can walk along the beach into Filey town.
