Nathaniel's Cottage is a lovely end-terrace cottage is situated close to the centre of the town of Kirkcudbright. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one super king-size double and one twin, together with a shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen, a dining room with gas fire and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there's roadside parking, a rear seating area and a side raised garden. Nathaniel's Cottage is a great family base with plenty of places to visit nearby. Note: The side garden is up a flight of steps and has a wall with a 3 feet drop to the road; children to be supervised. The historic town of Kirkcudbright is situated on the banks of the River Dee, on the north Solway shore. The town has a working harbour, wide streets, pastel coloured houses, a mix of Georgian villas and Victorian townhouses, as well as the ruins of McLellan's Castle. Kirkcudbright also has a collection of art galleries, crafts, cafés and antique shops.
