A wonderful modern well equipped 1 bed room apartment situated in East Croydon. A short 15 minutes from central london via one train and 12 minutes from Gatwick Airport.
Surrounding a busy Croydon area with top restaurants/bars and shopping centres all within 2-3 minute walking distance.
