A 10-minute drive from both Poole and Bournemouth town centres! The penthouse are also a 5/10 minute drive from the award-winning Sandbanks beaches! This is an example of 21st Century living at its finest. It’s a Scandinavia-inspired penthouse with an open plan layout, and furnishings and appliances of the very highest specifications. The photos of the penthouse look like they’re from the pages of an interior design magazine - that’s the level of investment and attention to quality that’s gone into the presentation of this superior accommodation. Welcome to Ashley Cross, which is a ten-minute drive from Poole and Bournemouth. There’s plenty to do in Ashley Cross. There are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The Keeper's Cottage apartment is right next door to a pub that’s owned by the developer of this property. Called the Bermuda Triangle, the venue has a private upstairs bar and lounge that’s accessed via a secret bookcase. Guests can hire this area for private events at a discounted price. If you wish to do so, please mention this when making your booking. Having a private parking space under the apartment means driving here is a good option. Poole and Bournemouth are each about ten minutes’ drive away, and as a popular holiday destination, the area has plenty of other attractions you can drive to. But you don't need a car to enjoy staying here. You can walk or cycle to Ashley Cross and of course, you have a pub right next door. Other ways to see the area include catching bus services and ordering taxis. - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of - Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

-Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it.
