Property information

Perfect for families, contractors or business travellers. The space features a bright and spacious living area with modern furnishings and a cozy ambiance. The brand new fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, with a large fridge/ freezer, oven and hob along with all your Dishware utensils. The master bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom has one double bed, making it flexible for various guest arrangements. There is 1 Bathroom and toilet. The large living area consists of a Flat screen TV with Netflix, a sofa bed and a dining area. There is also a garden space for smokers and a tennis swing ball for some fun! Please note the kitchen is downstairs and the rest of the property is up the stairs on the first floor.

The property is located right on the Bedworth High street next to the town centre. There is a Tesco, Aldi, Iceland and B&M store all within a 3 minute walk from the doorstep. You are a 5 minute walk into the town centre where you can find plenty of restaurants and takeaways along with other local amenities.
