This delightful semi-detached house has been completely renovated to provide a superb holiday home for families or couples, also welcoming two well-behaved small dogs. The property is nestled just outside Embleton's main village, a short walk to the local pubs and just one mile from the famous Embleton Bay Beach. Embleton is situated close to Craster, Bamburgh, and Seahouses, which you can reach by hike, car, or the local bus. Accommodation: A private driveway leads into the entrance hall, which features a coat hook area and a separate downstairs WC with a washbasin. The hallway leads to a lovely spacious kitchen/diner fully equipped with all you need for larger or smaller groups, including a larger fridge-freezer, an integrated dishwasher, and a large dining table with ample seating space. The kitchen also enjoys easy access to the private outdoor garden and terrace area. Leading from the kitchen is the living area, boasting an electric stove for those dark winter evenings and seating comprising two separate sofas and one large chair. It also features a 42-inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a CD player and radio. Upstairs, you'll find one large Super King bedroom which enjoys a large mirror with a dressing table, one stylish Double bedroom, and one cosy Twin bedroom, along with a large family bathroom including a roll-top slipper bath and a large waterfall shower (bath, separate shower, basin, and WC). The master suite is accessible via a private stairway opening onto your very own private floor. This opulent space enjoys the finer things, including an integrated television which rises up from the base of the bed, along with a stunning wet room which includes a shower, basin, and WC. The entire floor benefits from Velux windows along with blackout shutters. There is a large enclosed, private garden to the rear of the property, including a beautiful terrace and a dining table with chairs.

Located just one mile from the famous Embleton Bay beach, Greyfield House is walking distance from some of Northumberland's most famous landmarks including Dunstanburgh Castle, Dunstanburgh Golf Course and Craster. Bamburgh and Seahouses are walkable for those who enjoy to hike, or a short drive from the property. Embleton village has a main street with one shop, a selection of pubs and a fuel station.
