Northfield Farm is a newly renovated period property. A wonderfully versatile space, suitable for family get togethers, business trips or a relaxing tranquil escape, very well connected just 5 minutes from the M42. This property has loads of space for working, relaxing and enjoying the scenery in the garden next to the koi carp pond. At the start of 2025, we converted our double garage into an games / arcade room. This room includes a 7ft slate bed pool table, 7ft air hockey, 5ft foosball, a virtual pinball machine with over 20 pinball games included, a cocktail arcade machine with over 9000 classic arcade games, and a jukebox with bluetooth, CD, SD Card and USB connections. With pallet wood clad walls, and some retro decor, this games / arcade room will be a place to create some great memories. The kids wont want to leave! Back in the main house, the ground floor is home to a very large kitchen / diner, a bathroom with walk in shower and a lounge with a few sofas and space for one of our high quality air beds if required. Also downstairs are 2 large bedrooms, both with zip-link beds which can be either set up as 2 singles, or doubles. One of these rooms also has a sofa bed. Upstairs can be found a further 3 double bedrooms, a single room with a bunk bed and a stunning full bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. There are 2 additional fold out guest beds with capacity to sleep a further 2 guests, 2 high quality double inflatable air beds, plus 2 travel cots for the little ones. Total number of guests = 16 (not including the 2 travel cots). We have hosted larger groups before although sleeping space is limited!
