Nutkins is a brand new Shepherd Hut with a part glass stargazing glass roof, constant 38c hot tub, large patio. Secluded, private within your own 2 acre organic meadow. Fully heated, fully fitted, fast wi fi, en suite, kitchen with hob, combi oven, Quooker, fridge, lounging area, folding coffee dining table, ready made fold down double bed, wood burner, electric heating, cooling, BBQ, fire pit. Path from your car, your feet stay dry! 3 mins walk to pub and bus. 5 mins drive to sea at Lyme Regis.

Nutkins is in its own organic 2 acre meadow surrounded by hedges and trees with a family of visiting deer and other wildlife to observe. 3 minutes walk to local pub (that serves food) and bus stop. 5 minutes drive from the famous TV’s River Cottage and the seaside town of Lyme Regis, famous for its fossils, on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Ample lit private safe, secure, spacious parking (ideal for classic and expensive motors) and a lit path to Nutkins. 3 mins walking distance of pub and bus stop - road has no pavement or street lighting, hi viz and torch provided. Railway Station at Axminster 5 minutes drive away. Joy your host is locally born and a mine of information on the local area, best eateries, places to visit and park. Joy is also a font of information on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.
