We are situated in a gorgeous conservation area, overlooking the historic Baileys Mill, waterfall and Bentley Brook. A short 7-minute walk into Matlock, near award-winning gastro pubs and the famous Hall Leys Park. Beautifully styled, with private garden and off-road parking for two cars. We welcome well-behaved dogs. Minutes away from Lumsdale waterfalls & Riber castle walks. (Please note that dogs are not allowed upstairs, stairgate provided) We have a lockable bike shed, suitable for up to 4 bikes. This is located through the gate, to the side of the property. Please bring your own padlock.

Lumsdale road is located in a beautiful conservation area 700m from Matlock centre. The Bentley Brook conservation area is a quiet, well-looked-after location, overlooking the ancient Baileys Mill and Lumsdale waterfall. The area has a lovely relaxed holiday vibe, with sounds of the closely located waterfall from the front terrace. Opposite the house, is a lovely pathed walk, past the mill and into Matlock, taking in views of the castle on your way. It really is the most beautiful location and yet it's so near and convenient for all that Matlock town centre has to offer.
