The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside

The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed and is spacious, bright and airy with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and wood flooring to the main living areas. The colour schemes and furnishings are tastefully presented throughout. Otterton is a charming village with thatched cottages lining the main street leading to the River Otter where you can spend many an hour walking along the riverbank bird watching, painting and relaxing, picnic set provided. There is a working mill with an excellent cafe, crafts shop and bakery as well as a local inn serving good food with a garden area.

Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Seaton Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and The Pig at Combe.
