Hidden in the centre of one of the most desirable places to live in England. The Outhouse Bothy is a teeny tiny one bedroom dwelling. The first thing you ll notice is the ancient (uneven) curved stone staircase, unsuitable for children. The ground floor has a dinky kitchen, microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster; of course a kitchen sink (great excuse not to cook) The first floor bedroom opens out to a sun trapped terrace with adjoining WC and shower room. The quirkiest accommodation you'll find in KL. There isn't a TV, there is plenty to do to be entertained in Kirkby Lonsdale. Parking is on one of the many the Paid Car Parks, the closest is opposite The Royal Barn and Post Office, its a 1 minute walk to the Bothy. The stairs are uneven stone, so if you are unsteady on your feet make sure you use the hand rails! The Bothy is old and quirky with a vintage feel, its dinky and so is the boiler so quick showers are best for you and for the environment.

Kirkby Lonsdale Market Town has been described as one of the most desirable places to live in the UK. We have so many beautiful landscapes, and walks and also pubs and restaurants and shops for you to spend your day browsing. Take a walk down by the River to Ruskins View, over to Devils Bridge for a tea or coffee and watch the Motorbikes congregate. If you want to climb Ingleborough, Whenside or Pen Y Gent the three peaks they are right on our doorstep.
