Please note that sometimes rooms are accommodated in the building opposite, 156 Gloucester Place.

When booking more than 3 rooms, a separate cancellation policy will apply: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, modified or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price will be charged.

The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.

Please note that there is no lift in the building.

The hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorisation on the credit/debit card for the first night to secure the booking 7 days prior to the date of arrival. If the card has been declined, the hotel will try to contact the guest and reserves the right to cancel the booking if an alternative valid card is not provided.

Bookings cannot be guaranteed without a valid credit/debit card.

Full payment is required upon check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £30 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
