The 3 bed maisonette is accessible via a private front entrance and immediately takes you up a set of stairs to the main living area. Our property sleeps up to 5 guests (1 single, 1 double and 1 king sized bed). Entrance and Ground Floor The private front door is accessible from street level via a handful of stairs. Once through the front door please remove your shoes and make your way up the stairs into the main living area. First Floor The first floor contains a large modern kitchen with an island space. A dining table is located on your left hand side and is a fantastic space to enjoy throughout the day. To the front of the property is a large living room with a Netflix enabled smart TV and ample sofa space for all guests. Towards the rear of the property is one of the bathrooms and also the rear door which is an emergency exit only whilst awaiting the refurbishment of the back yard. Second Floor The second floor is where the double and single bedrooms are located. The second floor is also home to a second living space with beanbags, party themed lighting and even a rotating disco ball. To the front of the property you will have access to a balcony area looking out over Whitley Bay Beach. Third floor Accessible via a spiral stair case, the third bedroom is located in the converted loft space. The open plan bedroom looks out over the second floor, a second full bathroom is also accessible from this floor. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Whitley Bay is a fabulous place to visit. The beaches of Whitley Bay, Cullercoats and Tynemouth are home to an array of fantastic, bars, restaurants and Cafe's. The Whitley Bay Town centre has an range of small quirky shops for you to browse through. Whitley Bay has great road links to both Newcastle, Northumberland and various other neighbouring towns and villages. The local area has a proud heritage and is well known for being a popular seaside town. We hope you join us and enjoy your stay in this coastal jewel nestled in the North East of England. Getting around the area is both convenient and generally reasonably priced. If you are arriving by car then there are great road links from both the North and South of the country and the A1058 (nicknamed the coast road) gives you a direct link to North Tyneside where the property is located. On street parking is available throughout your stay. Local taxi companies are also available as well as national companies such as uber. The metro service provides a convenient link along the coastal areas as well as into Newcastle City Centre. If you are arriving into Newcastle Central station then there is a metro station accessible from the main platform. Likewise if you are arriving via Newcastle Airport there is a metro station accessible from the main airport terminal. There is also a range of bus links across the area.
