The living area is light and airy with a modern design. Relax on the sofa, enjoy the 50 inch TV screen or the great views across the city. There is also a dining table perfect for those who want to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is open plan and all appliances are modern and easy to use. You will find a comfortable double bed in the hall area (converted studio so all open plan) and the sofa converts to sleep up to 2 additional guests with fresh linen and a separate bathroom with a modern, good size shower to enjoy. This is a small flat and comfortably accommodates 2 with additional arrangements for 2 more guests ideal for overnight event stays. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
