All good. Ww did get a call a day before we left and a knock on the door from a : pass the key" person asking if they could leave bed linen and towels for the next guests which we had to take in. I thought that was intrusive of our stay

Welcome to our home. We are delighted to offer the opportunity to stay in our newly refurbished property located in central St Albans. The 2 Bedroom house has been designed and equipped to a premium standard and is perfectly suited to anyone seeking a slice of luxury whilst looking to stay in the area. Inside you will find everything you will need to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and one to remember. The house is ideally located in a quiet spot just off the main High Street. The space Walk inside and you are greeted with a cosy open living, dining space. The space is furnished to a modern standard with some period features still remaining. There is a sizable well-presented Kitchen, equipped with everything you should possibly need during your stay. Head upstairs and the master bedroom is complemented, with a large dressing room with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is elegantly designed with a bathtub shower and high-quality soaps and shampoos are provided. The second bedroom is on the third floor, which also has a dedicated workspace equipped with a printer allowing for additional use as an office. Both bedrooms are fitted with King sized beds. These can both be arranged into Twin rooms if required by simply informing us prior to checking in. The property has outside space at the rear in the form of a patio area. Guest access PARKING There is on-road parking at the front of the property, however this does require a permit between 8.30am & 8.00pm. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
