Nestled in the rural lanes of East Sussex, under the boughs of an ancient oak tree, sits the Old Coach House, recently refurbished to a high standard. The cottage, which has its own secluded garden, is a short stroll to the shops and pubs of Herstmonceux and nearby walks in the High Weald AONB. Nearby towns include Hastings, Lewes and Eastbourne, with cultural highlights such as Charleston, Glyndebourne, Firle House and some spectacular gardens. Perfect for a family or group of friends.

East Sussex We have tried to make the cottage as lovely as possible and to think of everything you might need. But if there is anything else you need, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or just walk across the yard! We are here to help.

Herstmonceux is a lovely village in the heart of East Sussex, you can walk to the nearest pub where food is served every night and Thursdays has the most delicious stake and pizzas! There are beautiful walks for every kind of adventurer just on your door step. You can walk ( 10 min)to the village for the pub or store, but you will enjoy the area much more with a car.
