7A Penare Terrace has it's own private entrance into its own courtyard with festoon lights for evening drinks under the stars. You enter the fully equipped large kitchen which leads to the shower room beside the WC closet which also has some storage cupboards available. Next to the kitchen there is a large and cozy lounge/dining room with atmospheric lighting, books and a velvet sofa bed/lounge facing the old fireplace and stone feature wall. (Please let us know if you need to request the sofabed for an extra adult staying) One step up from the lounge is the mezzanine double bedroom which includes an open closet and free Satellite TV with USB port for connecting your laptop if you want to access netflix/prime etc.
We've always been a family who love entertaining guests. We like to make sure our guests feel they've had a restful time and hope to exceed their expectations.
We love Penzance as a town that has a lot of character, vibrancy, live music venues, restaurants, cafes and being close to the sea and surrounding tourist destinations, like Minnack Theatre, Lands End, St Michael's Mount, Mousehole etc and near to many stunning beaches and coves. In the flat you'll find many personal suggestions for things to do on sunny or even rainy days. We are also an 8 mins walk from the bus and train station. There is free street carparking available which is easier to find before 5pm in the peak summer season.
