Ideally situated for access to Warwick house wedding venue, just 10 minutes walk. Also Perfectly placed for contractors working on the HS2 project. Also perfectly placed for contractors working on the HS2 project. The kitchen/living room has integrated appliances including a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave. With comfortable sofa to seat 3. There is a wide screen TV with Netflix included and high speed broadband to stay connected. Upstairs is an additional room with office space, and a further space to sit and relax. Outside is a small lawn and patio area with table and chairs, perfect for BBQs or catching some late evening sun. Children's facilities available on request. Ample on road parking outside the property, no restrictions.
