Beautifully restored Victorian house with a stunning interior (under development, photos coming soon). The large open plan ground floor is the perfect space cook, dine and relax in comfort. Light and airy, it also has a fire to warm up after a day exploring the city or nearby Lake District. Soak in the freestanding bath enjoying views across the city skyline to the hills beyond. The house has a master suite, a large double room and a twin/double room perfect for friends, a couple or children.
My wife and I, along with our 3 young kids and dog love the outdoors. We spend most weekends (when we are not working renovating houses) near a lake in the Lake District. We live very close to the house so we can be on hand if you need us. We can recommend our favourite coffee shops and restaurants nearby and also great places further afield.
The property is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the historic city centre of Lancaster and all local amenities including shops, library, post office and Lancaster Royal Infirmary. Nearby transport links include bus and train stations and the M6 motorway, accessed via junction 34. Lancaster Canal & The Fairfield Fauna Nature Reserve are just a short walk away and provide stunning greenery and fantastic walks.
