The Beach House is a large Victorian house located on the esplanade of the delightful Totland Bay, on the North West coast of the Island. It is very easy and relaxing to while away the time just gazing at the spectacular vista, especially pretty when the yachts are out, but even better at dusk when you will see some of the finest sunsets in the whole of England. The beach itself is sandy at low tide and is very safe and clean for family bathing. The Waterfront Restaurant and bar, which has the reputation of being one of the best restaurants on the Island, is only100 meters away; there are also other pubs and eateries in the area. Yarmouth is only a 3 mile drive away, and has restaurants, cafes and several pubs which also serve food. There are many beautiful scenic walks in the lovely rural West Wight, the most challenging one being across the downs to Tennyson's Monument, where you can see the whole West Wight surrounded on 3 sides by the sea. The Beach House is a fantastic base for any holiday on the Isle of Wight, whether travellers just want to relax on the beach, walk, hike or cycle round the gorgeous West Wight, or explore the multitude of attractions on the Island.

The Pier View apartment is just what it says –a 3 bedroomed apartment on the first floor, with fabulous views across the Pier in the beautiful Totland Bay through its floor to ceiling windows. The Apartment has recently undergone a complete renovation with a brand new kitchen and two brand new bathrooms, giving luxury accommodation for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller but still has a full sized double bed and the third room has two full sized single beds. We welcome children of all ages; travel cots and high chairs are available. It is the location for a perfect family holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped make you feel at home if you want to cook. Hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are provided. It is centrally heated for those times when it is chilly. If you can tear your eyes away from the view there is a 49" flat screen TV with a free-sat box and DVD/blu ray player. Wi-fi is available free of charge. You will also have the use of your own private Beach Hut which sits on the green adjoining the house. A wonderful spot to use the barbecue or simply sit and experience one of the gorgeous sunsets, perhaps with a glass of wine your hand. There is also one free parking space next to the house. You will have the exclusive use of a Beach Hut on the green next to the house for the duration of your stay. One free parking space is provided next to the house. Free parking is available on Cliff Road, just a couple of minutes walk away. Discounts on ferry bookings are available, through Red Funnel (Southampton / East Cowes) or Wightlink ( Lymington /Yarmouth or Porstmouth / Fishbourne. We can quote for Red Funnel, but Wightlink needs to have a fully paid booking before we can pass on details of the discounting company. Typical discounts vary between 20 - 40%

Totland Bay is a sleepy seaside village in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a walkers' paradise. The Beach is pretty, sheltered, and extremely safe for bathing. The beach is sandy at low tide, and sandy Colwell Bay is very close. On the north west side of the island, it enjoys spectacular views across the Solent. In summer the yachting, particularly in Cowes Week is incredibly picturesque. The Waterfront Restaurant and Bar - one of the best on the island is only 100 metres away.
