Full house or individual rooms ..4 bedroom shared house with 3 large double rooms & 1 small double room, shared fully equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a private rear garden, 2 FREE parking spots, and a large FREE car park within 30 seconds of the house, and on road parking ... Grimsby Hospital ( Diana Princess of Wales) is 5 minutes, Grimsby town centre is 8-10 minutes, Grimsby Docks is 13-15 minutes, Cleethorpes Beach is 15-20 minutes, Immingham refineries are 20-25 minutes all VIA CAR also all on bus routes .. Great for contractors, nursing professionals, or a family looking for cheap accommodation for a holiday break during school holidays 😀 Happy bookings.

Im a multi trade plumbing and heating engineer. I live very close to house and can deal with any issues with in a very short time .

There's large football playing fields with lots of open space within a few minute's walk, lots of local convenience stores within a short drive / walk . Morrisons supermarket is 7 minutes via car. There are a few well established pubs & restaurants within 5 / 10 minute drive / taxi . Cleethorpes beach is 15 minutes drive away, which is great for some summer sun. All accessible via car and public transport.
