Pixie Cottage is a delightful period property on one of the traditional narrow streets near the centre of Dartmouth. The cottage has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a family shower room on the ground floor. A cosy sitting room with gas fire leads to a well-equipped kitchen. Outside is a good-sized terrace with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco dining. Pixie Cottage is ideal for a couple or young family wanting to be close to the town centre. NOTE - No parking at the property - parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 5 minute walk from the cottage). Please note that the Mayors Avenue car park is closed for the Regatta NOTE-building work will commence in the property on the opposite side of the road to Pixie Cottage in September for approximately 3 months. Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta.
