Our newly fully refurbished Poplar Cottage. The building was originally part of a stable block and still retains the original character including beams and saddle racks, giving the place a rustic charm. Poplar Cottage has one bedroom featuring a four poster bed with an en suite shower room, complete with towels and hand soap. It is an ideal setting for romantic breaks for couples, but of course it is also suitable for single travellers looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the wildlife in a tranquil setting.The cottage has a well equipped kitchen, together with a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, with a fully stocked bookcase and flat screen TV. The outdoor space has a secluded garden, with a seating area positioned to enjoy the lovely riverside views and private fishing. Together with a space for parking adjacent to the cottage, Poplar Cottage provides all that is required for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.
Woodhall Spa is a thriving village situated a short drive away in the middle of rural Lincolnshire, The Edwardian town has been designated the inland resort of East Lindsey. Famed for links to the RAF has a wealth of attractions, from the famed Delicatessen, The Petwood Hotel to the Kinema in The Woods. You can find cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Jubilee Park for swimming and activities. The beautiful market town of Horncastle is just 5 miles , this town is renowned for it’s antique shops. Lincoln our main city is just 35 minutes away with many tourist attractions . The East coast with its beautiful sandy beaches are just 35 minutes away. Own car essential. There are plenty of riverside walks from the property and nearby cycle paths.
