This is a self contained property with a patio sun terrace. Dogs are welcome, 2 maximum, though this can be negotiated with the host. The first bedroom is upstairs and is open plan, double bed on one side of the room and a sofa bed on the other. Sky lights looking up to the stars. This is a countryside property with no light pollution. The second bedroom is ground floor, wheelchair accessible. With a double bed. There is a shower room, with a walk in shower. It’s a wheelchair friendly property. Front room is a large open plan Kitchen/dining/frontroom with floor to ceiling windows for maximum sunlight, which over look the enclosed patio area. Access to the patio area is easy accessible. The Front room area will also have a sofa bed. It’s a fully functional kitchen and would like to point out that this is a new build so it is immaculate. Hot tub hire is available at extra cost please inquire with the host.

I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life, interests are horses, dogs and holidays. I am a very sociable person end enjoy it when others are happy.

The train station is a 5 minute walk from the property. It is a very quiet country side property with orchards either side. It is a no light pollution zone that is wonderful for star gazers , bring you’re Telescopes with you . Bridal paths, local pub is a 5 minute drive and the owner has offered a 10% discount for anyone that stays with me. Hop festival is 31st August -1st of September 2024 Faversham is famous for. By 1900, and after 400 years of manufacturing gunpowder for famous battles such as Trafalgar and Waterloo, Faversham had grown to be the centre of the nation's explosives industry. With over 400 listed buildings recording Faversham's industrial past, this makes the town a 'must see' on any heritage trail. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool near by. Show’s at Detling Hill which is only a 20 minute drive. 15 minute’s from Canterbury 5 minute’s to Faversham 9 miles to Whitstable 25 miles to Margate 25 minute’s to Folkestone 24 minutes to Dover Channel Tunnel to France is a 30 minute drive. Ashford Outlet shopping centre 13 miles away London 56 miles in the Car 1hr 40 by train from selling train station.
