Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times, children must not be left unattended at any time on these premises. Upper rooms have window locks but it is the responsibility of parents or guardian to use them, to check for and avoid all potential hazards. Stair gates, cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge . Please be aware there are no parental controls set for TV services so please monitor your children's choices appropriately.
A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome in Flat 1 - Apartment Ground floor pet friendly and Flat 3 - loft. Dogs cannot be accommodated in Flat 2 - One-bedroom Apartment . Requests for dog stays must be made at the time of reservation for a maximum of two dogs , we do not allow cats. Dog stays without bookings may be refused entry or be subject to a £10 per day surcharge and additional cleaning charges may apply as we prepare for dog stays by providing suitable sofa and bed covers. Dogs must not be left alone in the apartments, we may be able to help if this is unavoidable . Dog waste must be removed from the garden straightaway and can be put in the grey dustbin.
The Sky Stream Ultimate TV package includes Sky Sports , Sky Cinema , TNT Sports and Netflix Premium (please do not log into your own Netflix account or the billing will switch to you). Sky Store/Box Office titles , new releases and some high-demand films carry charges .
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or by the door of the property but guests may smoke in the garden. Responsible vaping is permitted within the apartments but any evidence of drugs or illegal substances on the premises will result in immediate eviction with police support. Drunken or other behaviour that causes noise or disturbances to other guests or neighbours will result in eviction with no refund . We reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservation without refund for disregard of these conditions.
Cancellations with 14 days notice are fully refundable with no administration charges. If a reservation is cut short or needs to be extended for medical reasons and emergencies, this will be taken into account and we will do our best to support you .
Pound Corner aims to continually reduce its carbon footprint. Please do not waste water or electricity and please follow our recycling procedures.
You must be over 18 to reserve this accommodation. If you look under 25 you may be asked for photo ID. Visitors from abroad on extended stays will need show an ETA or Visa .
Car parking on the forecourts is at the car owners own risk, there is one parking space allocated for each flat .
Laundry facilities are free for guests to use by pre-booking slots in the laundry room after your arrival. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to clothes. Clean towels and other supplies can be found in the laundry and guest are welcome to help themselves for use during their stay .
Guests of guests are welcome with our prior knowledge and permission and not for overnight stays without consent .
