Whatever your reason for visiting this stunning city, our garden apartment will provide a modern and comfortable place to relax.
The apartment includes a comfortable king-size bed, a Kitchenette with microwave and fridge, WiFi and a TV. There is also a relaxing sitting room with space to read and work while on a business trip. A small private terrace assessed via a bi-fold door overlooking the south-facing garden lets one grab some fresh, cool air or sun after a busy day. Underfloor heating and aircon ensure a cosy environment all year round, regardless of the weather. The modern ensuite bathroom features a shower, a wash basin, and a WC.
The GardenRoom is a pleasant walking/cycling distance to the city centre shops/colleges via the University Park or a 12 min bus ride from just outside the door.
I have been hosting guests for over four years and am keen to ensure you are comfortable and enjoy your time with us. I am usually nearby in the main house if you need anything, and I am always accessible by phone. I like to say hello to guests upon arrival but tend to leave guests alone during their stay with us.
We are very well located near Oxford town centre and the John Radcliffe hospital. Take the X3 bus from outside the door, which leaves every 12 min serving town (12 min) and the hospital (5 min). This stop also serves buses to the Churchill Hospital (5 min) and surrounding towns/villages.
We have many local amenities, including food shops, takeaways, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and two local pubs serving teas/coffees, breakfast, lunch and dinners within a 5 min walk.
For more relaxed stays, we are within walking distance of the University Park and Science area via paved paths and/or through fields.
