The room that is adjacent to the living space, is the dining area that can seat up to 6 guests, and also has small bathroom conveniently located nearby the kitchen/diner area. The final room on the ground floor is the kitchen. The modern kitchen features a well-equipped space, ideal for those who want to embrace their inner chef. The kitchen also features a washing machine for guests to use during their stay. The kitchen/diner has french doors that allows for access to the properties garden. At the properties entrance is the staircase that allows guests to access the property’s bedrooms and bathroom. Progress Grove has three bedrooms that sleeps five guests on the first floor. The first bedroom sleeps two guests, featuring one double bed, a double wardrobe, a smart TV and an en suite that has a shower. Across the hallway features bedroom two which hosts a double bed and storage facilities. The final bedroom features one single bed and storage for guests to utilise. Alongside the bedrooms on the first floor, also holds the bathroom for Progress Grove. The bathroom has a bath, as well as a sink and toilet. The storage cupboard in the dining area features an iron and ironing board for guests to use during their stay at Progress Grove, as well as a clothes rack. Parking is available at the front of the property on the driveway, that has space for 2 vehicles. We provide a starter supply of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, milk pots, toilet paper, and washing machine pods.
