Building Work Notice There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. Carrick Lodge is accessed by vehicle via the shared driveway accessed via Belyars Croft’s parking area. The remaining building work is expected to continue throughout 2024 with the fitting out and decorating following through to 2025. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced, with workmen and vehicles also being on site. The works are projected to be finished by Spring 2025 but will be monitored and this note update accordingly. **Gas Line Work** Please note, the gas lines for the nearby Carrick Lodge will be put in place and the necessary works completed from Monday 14th October 2024.
