Originally built 1857, and was owned by the Estate of Sir Hervey JW Bruce, owner of the Mussenden Temple Demesne, and has been passed down the years to the Kane Family for over 160 years. In 2009 passed to Richard and Leona, who have lovingly trying to restore the house back to life, keeping the original classic manor house features, in order to renovate the rest of the farm and buildings they have decided to rent out their 2nd home. Set with a large garden, quirky features, maids staircase, no en-suites, pantry, scullery, and a large kitchen. Everyone loves the ambiance of Quilly. 5 mins from the beach, 4 mins to forest walks, 7 mins from Castlerock Golf course, 15 mins from Portrush, 5 mins from Coleraine, located on the North Coast, its the ideal location to visit all the major attractions, while having the privacy, and space for your family and friends to enjoy. The farm, is set on 30 acres, and if the tenant farmer doesn't have cattle in the field you are welcome to walk and enjoy the view from Mussenden Temple to Portrush from the back field. Watch the sunrise and sunsets, BBQ is available to use, and bring your dog along too. Please just be mindful we are near a road. So always have your dogs on a long lead if necessary.

Quilly is located on the North Coast main location, between Castlerock and Coleraine. It is 5 mins from Castlerock Beach, 8 mins to Downhill Beach, and 10 to Benone Beach. Musseden Temple is a walk away or 4 min drive. Downhill Forest is 4 mins drive or again walking distance if you fancy a nice long walk. Game of Thrones locations are covered in the area, from Binevenagh Mountain, to Cushendun, you can visit all the various locations by car, or also the various doors located in all our local towns on the North Coast. Giants Causeway is approximately 25 mins away. Belfast is 1 hour and 10mins Quilly is located 5 minutes from the Town of Coleraine, and you will have many shops, supermakets, restaurants in this area. Articlave, is a small village, 2 mins drive away with a garage, shop, hairdresser, chipshop, chinese, and bar/restaurant. Castlerock, we love, and has beautiful coffee shops, Chocolate Manor, Castlerock Links Golf Course, restaurant,, there is a few local bars, and a train station. You will love the walks, freshly baked bread, and buns too! coffee shops and restaurants.
